Thank you for your interest in the Resource Allocation Workshop being held on July 29th through August 1st in Canon City, Colorado. Please complete the following form to be added to the course roster. Once the minimum number of students to hold the course is reached, an email will be sent to you to confirm the course along with an invoice for the cost of registration. If we are unable to reach the minimum number of participants to hold the course, an email will also be sent to advise of the course cancellation.
